    AbstractWe report a four year old boy who was detected to have an occipital intradiploic pseudomeningocele three years following a traumatic skull fracture, and which was managed by ventriculo-peritoneal shunt placement. Traumatic intradiploic pseudomeningoceles behave differently from traditional growing skull fractures and may require individualized management decisions.
