AbstractThree different tumour-like lesions within the infrapatellar fat pad, an osteochondroma, a localised pigmented villonodular synovitis and a synovial cyst are reported. The osteochondroma and the pigmented villonodular synovitis were treated by marginal excision, and the synovial cyst was resected using arthroscopy.
