    AbstractThe Commonwealth of Massachusetts has a plan to move away from fee-for-service reimbursement to a global payment system, under which providers receive a risk-adjusted payment per person. However, not everyone is as optimistic about the approach as Atrius Health's Gene Lindsey, left, who says "Global payment can work, and it can work beautifully".
