AbstractLöfgren's syndrome is characterised by bilateral hilar adenopathy arthritis and erythema nodosum. Achilles tendinitis as the presentation form of Löfgren's syndrome is very unusual. Herein we present a case of bilateral achilles tendinitis as the presentation form of Löfgren's syndrome.
