Case PresentationA 6-year-old boy was referred to our hospital with an anterior mediastinal mass. This was discovered by chest radiography performed when the boy was examined after being caught by an elevator door about 2 weeks earlier. The patient had been born full term without any complications during pregnancy or delivery. No clinical symptoms were observed during this presentation, and he had no history of previous infections.Copyright © 2020 American College of Chest Physicians. Published by Elsevier Inc.
