    AbstractA 71-year-old patient has suffered from a chronic leg ulcer of venous origin for 12 years. Biopsy of swollen inguinal lymph nodes revealed a metastasis of a squamous cell carcinoma. The primary tumor was located and histologically verified in the leg ulcer.
