    AbstractInfections in humans by Raoultella spp. are rare and the effect that Raoultella spp. might have as a human pathogen is currently unknown. A clinical case is presented of catheter-related bacteraemia caused by Raoultella ornithinolytica, treated successfully with applied antibiotic therapy (intravenous cefepime and sealed the catheter with amikacin).Copyright © 2017 Sociedad Española de Anestesiología, Reanimación y Terapéutica del Dolor.
