    AbstractThe authors report an unusual case of recurrent proximal migration of the distal end of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt catheter presenting as CSF galactorrhea. The authors review the pertinent literature and discuss the possible causes as well as techniques to prevent a similar occurrence.
