    AbstractWe report a patient with sclerodermatous changes secondary to porphyria cutanea tarda, who responded to venesection treatment. The clinical characteristics of cutaneous sclerosis secondary to porphyria cutanea tarda and the degree to which it can mimic generalized morpheas are discussed.
