AbstractA mentally healthy woman killed her newborn directly after parturition. The physical and mental factors of pregnancy were continuously concealed, and even the menses persisted for nine months. Psychiatric expert opinion certified a psychologically exceptional state of mind of the woman, and the court acquitted her.
