    AbstractHighlight/Teaser The universal mitigation of the pandemic triggered by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 relies on successfully implementing a fast-paced immunization program based on an efficient framework encompassing the in-field logistics of the vaccine distribution, coverage and efficacy. The forthcoming challenges and resolution plans for executing the coronavirus disease 2019 vaccination have been comprehensively outlined in the present discourse.
