- HIV AIDS Policy Law Rev. 2004 Dec 1; 9 (3): 59-60.
AbstractOn 5 May 2004 the High Court of Delhi upheld an HIV-positive person's fundamental right to access treatment and medicines. This is a significant decision, given the number of people in India estimated to be infected with HIV. The decision will have implications for the government's rollout of antiretroviral (ARV) therapy.
