    AbstractWe report the fracture of the tibial bone block after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using double cross pins for bone block fixation in the postoperative period. The possible reasons include the size of bone block,direction of cross pin or the quality of bone block. This case emphasizes the biomechanical properties and failure of modes of double cross pin.
