    AbstractExtensor tendon triggering is a rare disease entity. Even less common is a case of extensor digiti minimi (EDM) double triggering caused by impingement on the extensor retinaculum. Herein, we describe one patient with EDM double triggering developed at the extensor retinaculum and over the metacarpal head caused by its impingement on the extensor retinaculum.
