AbstractA 55-year-old woman presented with an inflammatory panniculitis-like plaque on her right thigh. Biopsy disclosed a subcutaneous infiltrate of multilobated T lymphocytes strongly expressing the CD30 antigen. A complete clinical remission was achieved with local radiation therapy, with no evidence of recurrence in 13 months of follow-up. To our knowledge, our patient is the first reported case of CD30-positive multilobated peripheral T-cell lymphoma primarily involving the subcutaneous tissue.
