AbstractA case of bilateral lymphoma of the adrenal glands is reported. A 72-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital for evaluation of bilateral adrenal masses. A 20-gauge core needle biopsy of the left adrenal tumor was performed under ultrasonographic guidance. The pathological specimen revealed a malignant lymphoma. The diagnostic procedure for adrenal lymphoma is discussed.
