AbstractWe describe a case of a vascular mass arising secondary to a postoperative vertebral arteriovenous fistula mimicking recurrent cervical neurofibroma on CT in a patient with neurofibromatosis. Angiography was required for diagnosis. The "recurrent tumor" resolved following balloon embolization of the fistula.
