AbstractThe frequency of osteochondral fractures in the knee joint in the pediatric population is not clearly known. Although fragment fixation is generally considered to be the ideal treatment method in acute injuries, the data of the results of late fixation in neglected and/or late-diagnosed cases are very limited. In this paper, we report our findings regarding the fixation of a delayed large osteochondral fracture in lateral femoral condyle in a pediatric patient.
