AbstractA 46-year-old female presented with an acute myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest. Coronary angiography revealed an anomalous origin of the right coronary artery coursing between the aorta and pulmonary artery. Magnetic resonance imaging confirmed the life-threatening nature of this anomaly and led to referral for surgical revascularization.
