    AbstractCerebral embolism is a very rare but recognized manifestation of arterial complications of thoracic outlet syndrome, and is associated with retrograde embolization in the cerebral arteries. We herein report a case of embolic brain infarction due to arterial thoracic outlet syndrome while discussing the etiology, diagnosis, and surgery.
