AbstractEnlargement of the dorsocervical fat pad (i.e., "buffalo hump") is one manifestation of the lipodystrophy syndrome associated with human immunodeficiency virus. We report our experience with the use of ultrasonography-assisted liposuction in a cohort of 10 patients with this complication.
