AbstractClinical picture was analysed for 29 patients with myocardial infarction and 12 patients with dissecting aortic aneurysm who had died of cardiac hemotamponade. Similar symptoms of these conditions did not allow to establish pathognomonic clinical criteria. To prevent diagnostic mistakes, it is recommended to use early device examinations.
