AbstractTwo cases of primary racemose hemangioma of the bronchial artery are reported. The first case was admitted because of massive hemoptysis after transbronchial biopsy in another hospital. Bronchoscopic examination revealed a polypoid tumor of the left B4 bronchus, which was resected and diagnosed as racemose hemangioma. The second case was admitted because of massive hemoptysis. Bronchoscopic examination revealed polypoid tumor in the left B3b bronchus, which was resected and diagnosed as racemose hemangioma.
