AbstractThere has been an increased focus on diversity and inclusion in medicine in recent years-the field of medicine still has a long way to go to reach gender equity. Achieving gender equity is not a simple or easy option and will require an ongoing commitment from all facets of the profession.© Author(s) (or their employer(s)) 2021. No commercial re-use.
