    AbstractSarcomatous changes in Paget's disease are known to occur, but cranial localization with invasion of cerebral parenchyma is rarely seen. A case is reported of osteogenic sarcoma occurring during Paget's disease, which was diagnosed from neurological signs, and on which a complete anatomical study was made.
