AbstractThe authors discuss the essence and the criteria of assessment of slight bodily injuries and subdivide such injuries into two categories: those involving short-term health disorders and involving no disorders of this kind. They propose to alter the relevant sections of the actual "Regulations of the Forensic Medical Assessment of the Severity of Bodily Injuries".
