AbstractA 51-year-old woman with relapsing polychondritis involving auricular and nasal cartilage, hearing loss, vasculitic skin lesions and a cerebral aneurysm of the posterior cerebral artery is described. Cerebral aneurysm is a rare manifestation of relapsing polychondritis which to our knowledge has not yet been described.
