AbstractTwo cases of hypertrophic nonunion of the tibia with deformity for which distraction treatment using an Ilizarov/Taylor Spatial Frame (Smith & Nephew, Memphis, TN) are presented. This frame utilizes a computer program to help plan correction of the deformity.
