    UnlabelledUndiluted goats milk should not be given to infants. High protein infant feeds are a forgotten cause of metabolic acidosis.ConclusionThe metabolic abnormalities associated with goat's milk ingestion can cause a clinical picture very similar to tyrosinaemia type 1.
