    AbstractAdrenal artery aneurysms are an extremely rare clinical entity. Only six previous case reports of adrenal artery aneurysms exist, all of which were discovered after rupture. Herein, we describe the discovery of an unruptured adrenal artery aneurysm found during laparoscopic adrenalectomy for pheochromocytoma.Copyright © 2011 Society for Vascular Surgery.
