    Acral lentiginous malignant melanoma. Case report.

    AbstractWe present a case of a regressing acral lentiginous malignant melanoma of the sole with metastases en route and to regional lymph nodes. The histological findings at the primary site were classed as Clark's level I, stressing the difficulty in diagnosing this type of tumours early enough for effective treatment.
