AbstractWe report an unusual finding of bilateral facial and corporeal diaphoresis and sensation of heat during deep brain stimulation in two patients. Stimulation of the hypothalamospinal tract located medial to the subthalamic nucleus is likely to be responsible for this side effect. Copyright © 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
