AbstractDrug-induced aseptic meningitis has been reported mainly with the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, intravenous immunoglobulins and OKT3 antibodies. We describe today a very unusual reaction on intravenous dexchlorpheniramine with this case of aseptic meningitis.
