AbstractDysfunction of the median nerve is quite common and mostly observed related to carpal tunnel and pronator syndromes. We report a rare case of median nerve compression caused by a leiomyoma in the distal forearm. Spiral CT with MPR (multiplanar reconstruction) clearly located the lesion preoperatively.
