AbstractPrimary lymphoma of the paranasal sinuses is a rare entity. Most cases are reported to occur in the maxillary and ethmoid sinuses as well as the nasal cavity. Primary involvement of the frontal sinus is very rare. We report a 68-year-old man with a diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma (non-Hodgkin lymphoma) originating from his frontal sinus.
