    AbstractThe Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the regulations for delegations of authority to redelegate the authority of the Assistant Director for Health to make determinations to close advisory committee meetings to the public to the Commissioner of Food and Drugs (the Commissioner) and other agency heads. FDA is further redelegating this authority from the Commissioner to the Deputy Commissioner for Operations.
