    AbstractWe describe a rare case of takotsubo cardiomyopathy complicated by acute ventricular septal perforation with ventricular septal dissection. The ventricular perforation was successfully closed by repairing the dissecting site with a bovine pericardial patch.© 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
