    AbstractThe Medicare AC0 program realized modest savings during its first year, but not everyone wants to stay, with nine out of 32 dropping out. Some fear the financial risks. "Everybody wants to fix the healthcare problems now, but if you push it too fast it blows up in your face," says Dr. David Spahlinger, of the University of Michigan Health System, which is switching its ACO to the Shared Savings Program from the Pioneer model.
