AbstractTwo cases of Behcet's disease associated with myelodysplastic syndrome are described. Both patients showed a chromosomal abnormality, trisomy 8. Based on the laboratory findings in our patients and a careful review of the literature of similar cases, the association of the chromosomal abnormality with the pathogenesis of Behcet's disease is suggested.
