AbstractThe paper deals with the process of obtaining sanitary-and-epidemiological reports for a therapeutic-and-preventive institution. Each of the expertise stages from the choice of a room to the obtaining a sanitary-and-epidemiological opinion and a license is described. Their application and objectives are given. The schematic diagram for obtaining a sanitary-and-epidemiological opinion and a license is shown. The paper is intended for the specialists of the Russian Inspectorate for the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare and the businessmen who are going to deal with operations using ionizing radiation sources.
