AbstractThe term pneumorrhachis refers to the presence of air in the spinal canal. There are only a few previously reported cases in the literature. A case of air within the cervical and lumbar subarachnoid spaces, and a second case of air within the cervical subarachnoid space due to traumatic pneumocephalus are presented in this study.
