AbstractWe present a case of a 57 year-old patient who developed inferior wall myocardial infarction as a consequence of anaphylactic shock, which occurred as a reaction to contrast medium. The patient was discharged home fully recovered after 14 days with recommendation of further allergology diagnostics.
