    AbstractMcCune-Albright syndrome is characterized by the triad of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, precocious puberty, cutaneous pigmentation and cafe-au-lait spots. A 23-year-old woman with McCune-Albright is reported. Findings on CT scan and magnetic resonance imaging of the skull in an affected girl with McCune-Albright syndrome are shown, and also the histopathological study of the right temporal bone biopsy.
