AbstractFrom 1968 to 1976, 89 flexor tendon injuries were reconstructed with bridging (mini-)-tendon grafts. This technique was also applied to injuries in "no-man's land". The results were better than with traditional tendon grafts. According to the criteria of BUCK-GRAMCKO there were very good and good results in 65% as compared to 51% with traditional tendon grafting. The method is recommended only for experienced hand surgeons.
