    AbstractToxic epidermal necrolysis and Stevens-Johnson syndrome are acute life-threatening dermatoses characterized by extensive sloughing and mucositis. At the University of Florida, we use practical guidelines for the management of these gravely ill patients. These can be of help to other practitioners.
