AbstractThe literature contains only one report of methylene chloride poisoning after ingestion. Unfortunately carboxyhaemoglobin (COHb) levels were not obtained in this case. We now describe a fatal case where a similar amount of the solvent was ingested and after which toxicology screening was done.
