AbstractSpontaneous renal bleeding with diversion of blood into the subcapsular and/or perinephric spaces in a patient on chronic hemodialysis is a very rare clinical entity. We describe a patient on chronic hemodialysis in whom a spontaneous renal subcapsular hematoma and perirenal hemorrhage developed in a contracted kidney.
