    AbstractThe concomitant occurrence of pregnancy and chronic myeloid leukemia is uncommon. The use of hydroxyurea in chronic myeloid leukemia during pregnancy is unknown. We report on a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia in whom hydroxyurea was used during pregnancy with a successful outcome for both mother and fetus.
