AbstractPomalidomide is a second-generation immunomodulatory drug (IMID). Its efficiency overtakes its predecessors' (thalidomide, lenalidomide), with less toxicity. It is indicated in the treatment of refractory or relapsed multiple myeloma, associated to dexamethasone.
