AbstractRecently, sentinel lymph node dissection has been established for early staging of malignant melanoma. We describe an anaphylactic reaction due to patent blue injection in sentinel lymph node procedure, which was proven by positive results in intradermal testing with patent blue 1:100.Copyright 2000 Harcourt Publishers Ltd.
